Day to day life can present with numerous challenges—be it stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Iprovide you with a very safe, trusting, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace, with the guidance of a trained therapist.

As a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, I offer a personalized, evidence-based approach to therapy. Drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion-Focused Skills Training (EFST), and Mindfulness-based interventions, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

In individual therapy, we will work collaboratively to:
